SPECIAL TOWN HALL MEETING – APRIL 26TH, 2018

Special Note: The Rules and Regulations Update and Reminder notice dated April 8, 2018 contained a typographical error. The community referenced under the Property Manager’s signature was incorrect and should have named Brittany Park HOA and not The Preserve at East Atlanta. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The revised notice is posted on the community website.

The pool will be opening on May 28, 2018. All members in good standing are welcome to use the pool starting that day. Those that have not yet paid their annual assessment can make an online payment by going to www.accessmgt.com. You can obtain your login credentials by contacting Access Management – Carol Wilborn at cwilborn@accessmgt.com and Lynn Uffner at luffner@accessmgt.com. You may also send a check to:

Payments must be posted to the account prior to obtaining your pool gate code. Please note: The board will not accept payments in person; they must go to the management company.

Please click here to review your pool rules. All owners with accounts in good standing will receive the pool gate code. Pool wristbands will not be distributed for the 2018 pool season.

Upcoming Events:

Brittany Park Town Hall Meeting – Thursday April 26th, 2018
Refreshments will be served:

1. 6:30pm – Special meeting for any owner who would like to volunteer to Chair or serve on the Social Committee and/or Community Outreach Committees.

2. 7 – 8pm – Town Hall Community Meeting. Meet and greet your neighbors! Pool gate codes procedures will be announced. Amenity access will be provided to all owners in good standing with their HOA fees.

Pool Access for Renters: May 1st, 6pm-9pm

All renters must submit a notarized letter from the current homeowner, detailing the permission to utilize the pool. Only the homeowner can complete the renter application form, confirming family members that are allowed to use the pool. All HOA fees must be current. HOA Board Member or designee will meet with all renters on May 1st, between the hours of 6pm-9pm to go over the pool policy for renters. Attendance is MANDATORY for all renters. If you do not attend this meeting you will not be given access to the pool this year.

Pool Opening Day: May 28, 2018

Pool gate codes will be distributed Monday May 21st, 2018 through Thursday May 24th 2018 between
the hours of 7-8pm.

Pool gate codes may also be passed out during pool hours- 10am-9pm Pool wristbands will not be
distributed for the 2018 pool season.

Normal operating hours (May 28 – September 3)

Sunday – 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Monday – 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday – 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Thursday 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Friday 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 am to 9:00 p.m.
