Brittany Park has seen many upgrades over the years that have kept our community a beautiful place to come home to. Below are just a few items:
- A roll back curve was installed at front entrance.
- Community signage was upgraded throughout the community.
- A children’s playground area was installed.
- The clubhouse received upgrades.
- Three pet waste stations were installed in the community. One at the round-about near the front entrance, one at the corner of the Celtic Drive (near the clubhouse), and one on the bridge area of Shell Drive.
- A fence mesh was installed on the pool gate to prevent unauthorized use of the pool after hours.
- Cameras were installed at the community clubhouse for added security of the amenity center and surrounding area.
- A new secured community mailbox was installed at the clubhouse.
- Diversified Lawn & Landscape has been doing a wonderful job at keeping our community beautiful.
- A new pool cover was installed to protect the community pool during the winter months.
- Tennis court lighting was upgraded.
- Residential mailbox upgrades throughout the community.
